Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park. Our 60 minute classes offer a total body workout for mom and lots of fun for baby. It's a great way to get in shape, have some fun and meet other moms, all while bonding with your little one. All stroller-aged children (ages 6 weeks and up) and their caretakers are welcome to join in the fun!

We combine power walking, body toning (using exercise tubing), ab work and stretching. It is a total body workout in one hour!

ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS ARE WELCOME! The workout can easily be adapted to accommodate all levels of fitness.

We also offer special training sessions throughout the year such as 5k Running programs, a 12 week Get Fit Challenge with fitness assessments and the LEAN nutrition awareness program.
