Chef Alex Capasso has opened his own restaurant after a painstaking two years of searching for the perfect location. Alex introduces Blackbird Dining Establishment right in his hometown of Collingswood, New Jersey! It seems that this is the right time to do so, seeing the culinary rebirth that Collingswood has experienced in recent years.
Blackbird Dining Establishment is an upscale-casual, 70-seat BYOB and features Alex’s signature Franco-Italian Cuisine with hints of Asian influence tossed in for good measure. The décor is more modern this time around, but the flavor and service is as impeccable as it ever was and all at the price that is easily attainable in today’s cost-conscious society.
