Mommy and Me Classes (Ages 2-3)
Mommy and Me Classes at Action Karate are fun and informative. Children ages 2 and 3 learn best with involvement from Mommy, Daddy, Grandparent or Caregiver.
Our Martial Arts is taught age appropriately and is used to increase strength and flexibility. As a team we will prepare your little one for preschool and independence, following directions and cooperating, taking turns and sharing, and of course accepting new challenges.
