Ralph's has been in business since 1900.  Four Generations of the same family have owned and operated the restaurant since its inception.  Over 100 years later they work as hard as Francesco Dispigno and his son Ralph to maintain the tradition that has been built over a century.  Ralph’s is the oldest family-owned Italian restaurant in the country.  Everything is made to order with the finest ingredients from recipes that have been passed down from on generation to another.
